You own
  • Shoot: founder content, product, behind the scenes, talking heads. You hold the camera.
  • Edit: fast, short-form first. Raw clip to posted reel without waiting on anyone.
  • Direct: you decide what we make and why it will land, not just how to cut it.
  • Channels: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. You run them, read them, grow them.
  • Story: make something this new and this weird feel obvious.
  • Pace: keep the machine fed without dropping the quality.
You'll fit if
  • You have a reel. Accounts you grew, videos that did numbers, a channel you built.
  • Equal parts creative and operator: frame the shot, then read whether it worked.
  • You subconsciously keep up with the latest trends. Chronically online is a plus here.

  • The mobile codebase, architecture and release process, end to end.

  • Turning continuous body data into interfaces people read at a glance.
  • Shipping fast without shipping rubbish. No QA department, your name on it.

  • You care about the last 5 per cent: the details most engineers skip.

You turn raw signals from the body into things people can read and act on. The hard, unsolved centre of the company.

You own
  • The full modelling pipeline: messy real-world sensor data in, readable insight out.
  • Signal processing on continuous physiological data.
  • Models that run on-device and on the backend, and the judgement of what goes where.
  • How we validate that what we tell people is actually true. Rigour is the product.
You'll fit if
  • As strong at the unglamorous parts (labelling, cleaning, validation) as at the modelling.
  • Scientific honesty when the easy path is an impressive-looking demo.

  • Firmware: sensor drivers, on-device data pipeline, power management, FOTA.
  • BLE that syncs reliably in the real world.
  • Every hour of battery life out of the hardware without dropping a sample.
You'll fit if
  • You have shipped embedded code on constrained, battery-powered hardware and lived with the consequences.
  • Devices in the field, soldering-iron side projects and open source drivers count more than a CV.

You own the electronics end to end: schematic, layout, RF and antenna. Every board spin in-house, with a radio that survives being worn on skin.

You own
  • Schematics and architecture: component selection, block diagrams, power and battery budgets.
  • PCB layout: placement, stack-up, manufacturing documentation and supplier conversations.
  • The RF and antenna work: simulation, matching and tuning against a body, not a test bench.
  • Certification-ready design: built for CE, FCC and battery certification from the first schematic, and you walk each board through the lab yourself.
You'll fit if
  • You have taken consumer electronics from schematic to production and have the failed boards to prove it.
  • RF and antenna are your normal work, not a black box you hand to someone else.
  • Small is your default: wearables, hearables, sensors, boards that fight for every square millimetre.

Founding Mechanical Engineer

You own the physical object: mechanical design, industrial design and the tooling that turns both into something people wear around the clock.

You own
  • Mechanical construction: DFM, DFA, materials and tolerance stacks.
  • Industrial design: form factor, comfort, look and feel. A device worn on skin has to earn its place there.
  • Tooling and production: injection moulding, toolmakers, manufacturing partners. You commission tools, you do not just draw them.
  • The skin interface: adhesives, materials and comfort across days of continuous wear.
  • The mechanical structures our sensing depends on: cavities, seals and membranes.
You'll fit if
  • You have shipped a physical consumer product and watched real people drop it, sweat on it and wear it.
  • You know what a mould tool costs, takes and forgives. Tooling is familiar ground, not a handoff.
  • Equally fluent in CAD, on a factory floor, and in an argument about a 0.2mm wall thickness.

  • Every screen, flow and state people touch, from first sketch to shipped code.
  • The design system: type, colour, motion, components.
  • How dense body data becomes simple: the charts, the rings.
  • The web end to end: suna.health, onboarding, accounts.
You'll fit if
  • Figma and code are both home, and you build what you design.
  • Taste you can defend. A spacing 2px off bothers you until fixed.
  • You use AI tools properly (Claude, Cursor) and are faster for it.
